How do I receive my AI Pro activation code?

After your purchase is confirmed, your unique activation code will be sent directly to your email inbox within 24 hours. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout.
How is my total monthly quota calculated?

It’s simple and stackable! We take your Device Base Quota (300 mins per device) and add your Pro Bonus (1,200 mins).

  • Example: 1 Device (300) + Pro Bonus (1,200) = 1,500 Total Minutes/Month.
I am already a member. Will this code extend my current plan?

Yes! Our system supports Automatic Extension. If you have an active membership, the new 12-month period will be added to your existing expiration date—no downtime or lost days.
What happens if I add more devices later?

Your quota scales with you! For every new device you link to your account, you gain an additional 300 minutes/month on top of your 1,200 Pro bonus.
Which Features Require a Membership?

Transcription and basic summaries can be used without a membership. However, the number of available summary templates will be more limited without a subscription.

Features such as AI Analysis, AI Real-Time Analysis, and custom templates require an active membership.
How do I unsubscribe?

A:The method to cancel your Recolx subscription depends on your device type: For iPhone (iOS) users:

Open your phone's Settings, Tap your Apple ID (your name) at the top, Select Subscriptions, Find Recolx, then tap Cancel Subscription. 

For Android users (Google Play): Open the Google Play website in your, browser: play.google.com, Sign in and go to Payments &Subscriptions, Under Subscriptions, locate Recolx, click Manage, then select Cancel Subscription. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation !

!Important Notes:

Uninstalling the app does NOT cancel your subscription. Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the current billing period ends. You can re-subscribe at any time through the app or app store.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Due to the immediate allocation of high-performance cloud computing resources, membership codes are non-refundable once activated. If you have issues receiving your code, please contact our support team.
